Slimaco Who it’s for For HR

New hires know what to do and who to ask from day one

Slimaco plans the first week according to the onboarding procedure, answers employees’ policy questions and tracks training and certification deadlines. HR approves the plan and the invitations.

Questions about leave, travel and benefits stop landing on HR one by one.

Sound familiar?

  • Every onboarding looks different, because it depends on who has time.
  • The same questions about leave, travel and benefits reach HR several times a day.
  • Training and certification deadlines sit in a spreadsheet someone has to remember to check.
  • Policies and procedures exist in several versions, and employees do not know which one applies.

What Slimaco takes over

  • An agent plans the first week by the procedure for the role, schedules introduction meetings and drafts a welcome email.
  • The assistant answers employees’ policy questions from current documents, with the source. Unusual cases go to HR with a summary.
  • Every Monday an agent checks expiring training and certifications and reminds employees and their managers.
  • One current version of each policy. A change approved today applies from tomorrow in the answers.

To start: an assistant that answers employees’ policy questions. We measure how many questions stop reaching HR.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More answers in the knowledge base.

Will an employee see other people’s HR data?
No. Permissions work at document level, and personal data is masked before it is sent to a model. You can share HR documents with HR only.
How does an employee know the assistant’s answer is current?
The assistant answers from approved documents and shows the source, for example a section of the policy. The area owner, who approves changes, is responsible for keeping it current.
Does every employee need a separate licence?
No. You create accounts for the whole team with unlimited users. You pay for the organization, not per seat.
Where do we start?
With the policies and procedures employees ask about most. Add them, approve them and share them with the team.
