Slimaco Who it’s for For finance and accounting

Less retyping, more control over receivables and reports

Slimaco agents collect invoices from the mailbox, prepare payment reminders and build the monthly report from spreadsheets and the CRM. Accounting approves before anything goes out.

Reminders go out regularly, not when someone finds the time.

Sound familiar?

  • Cost invoices arrive by email, and someone retypes the supplier, amount and due date into a spreadsheet.
  • Payment reminders go out irregularly, and their tone depends on who writes them.
  • The report for management is built from several spreadsheets and looks a little different every month.
  • The team’s questions about expenses, travel and purchasing rules go to the same two people.

What Slimaco takes over

  • An agent collects invoices from a dedicated mailbox, reads the data and builds a summary with items to clarify.
  • Every day it picks overdue payments, checks the contact history and drafts reminders in a tone that fits the customer relationship.
  • On the first working day of the month, a report compared with the budget, with comments on variances, for the CFO to approve.
  • Expense rules in one place. Employees ask Slimaco, not the accountant.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

More answers in the knowledge base.

Does Slimaco replace the accounting system?
No. Slimaco works alongside it: it collects data from mailboxes and spreadsheets and prepares summaries and draft messages. Bookkeeping stays in your system.
Will the agent send a reminder to a customer on its own?
By default, accounting approves every message. You can also approve the first run and let the agent act for a set period.
Can the agent handle our receivables spreadsheet?
Yes, if it is on OneDrive or Google Drive. The agent reads the summary, picks overdue items and checks the contact history with the customer in the mailbox.
Where is financial data stored?
Knowledge and backups are stored in the EU. Everyone sees only the documents they have permission to see, and model providers do not use the data for training.
