All content, brand elements, graphic, text and other materials published on the website are the property of Slimaco AI, unless stated otherwise. Copying, distributing or using materials from the website without prior written consent is prohibited.

We make every effort to keep the information on the website up to date and correct, but we give no warranty as to its completeness, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.
4. Third-party services
The website may refer to or integrate third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies or practices of external providers.
5. Limitation of liability
With respect to the use of the website, Slimaco AI is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damage arising in connection with the use of the website. This section does not apply to the Slimaco AI service, whose rules are set out in the General Terms of Service (GTS) and the agreement with the Customer.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website means acceptance of the updated Terms.
Part II. Data terms of the Slimaco AI service
The data and security rules of the Slimaco AI service (the data processing agreement (DPA) as an integral part of the agreement, AI models and processing regions, no training on Customer data, retention, export and deletion of data after the agreement ends, approval of tool actions, acceptable use) are set out in a separate document, the General Terms of Service (GTS), which forms part of the agreement with a business Customer. We provide the GTS on request: legal@slimaco.com. The processing of personal data by Slimaco as a controller is described in the Privacy Policy, and the platform’s providers are listed on the Sub-processors page.
