Choose a package based on how many people will use AI every day, and create accounts for your whole team with no limit. A larger package means more AI credits at a lower price. With irregular use, choose the flexible plan and pay for actual usage.
A package is a fixed monthly price with a pool of AI credits. The larger the package, the lower the price per credit. Extra credits beyond the pool: 35 PLN per 1,000 AI credits.

What are AI credits?
An AI credit is a common measure of AI work: model calls, knowledge search and document processing. You don’t have to count tokens from different vendors. A short question to the knowledge base uses little, while analyzing a long document or a report from several apps uses noticeably more. You see credit usage in a monthly statement. The pool applies within a given month, and unused credits don’t roll over. Queries from ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot via MCP also use AI credits. In the app, AI credits are shown as SU (Slimaco Units).
Package or flexible plan?
The flexible plan (1,290 PLN a month plus 40 PLN per 1,000 credits) works well at the start or with irregular use. When your team uses Slimaco every day, a package is cheaper because it includes a pool of credits at a lower price. A package is cheaper once your team uses at least about 60–65% of its pool.
Is the number of users limited?
No. You create accounts for your whole team. You choose a package based on how many people use AI every day, and you pay for the AI credits used. You can change the package from the following month.
What happens if I exceed the credit pool?
You can buy extra credits (valid for 3 months) or agree overage billing with us up to a monthly limit. Either way you pay 35 PLN net per 1,000 credits. Otherwise new AI tasks wait until the next month, while chat history, documents and settings keep working. If overages keep recurring, we’ll suggest a larger package from the following month, with no penalty.
What does the trial account include?
An account with unlimited users for 7 days, with a pool of 5,000 AI credits, no card and no commitment. We activate it within one business day. After the trial you choose a package or the flexible plan.
