Slimaco exposes company knowledge via MCP (Model Context Protocol). This lets ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Microsoft Copilot answer based on the knowledge collected in Slimaco, always with the permissions of the person asking. The feature is in progress and will be available soon.
Why it matters
Many teams already work in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot and don't want to switch tools. Slimaco doesn't have to replace them. It works as the organization's brain: it collects knowledge from every department's systems, and the team uses it wherever it's convenient: in the Slimaco assistant or in its own AI tool.
Example: a salesperson preparing a quote in ChatGPT sees right away that the customer has been waiting two weeks for a helpdesk ticket to be resolved. A service engineer in Copilot sees that the same customer is negotiating a large contract. Knowledge that today stays in one department works for everyone.
Where Slimaco gets this knowledge
From documents, email and calendars, messaging (Slack, Microsoft Teams) and department systems: CRM, ERP, helpdesk and invoicing. Agreements, decisions and procedure changes join shared knowledge after the area owner approves them. Hard data, such as the number of a customer's open tickets or ongoing work with them, updates continuously. Details: Organizational knowledge.
What the external AI tool sees

Who is responsible for the data
Once knowledge fragments reach ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot, the organization's agreement with that tool's vendor applies, including its processing and data-location terms. Slimaco's EU processing commitment covers the Slimaco assistant's default model, not external tools. We recommend connecting company accounts, not private ones. See also: Security and governance.

No. Once the MCP connection is enabled, the team can ask questions in ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Microsoft Copilot, and answers will be based on the company knowledge collected in Slimaco.
